Dallas Digital and CSWM

Updated 13 October 2026. Dallas Digital operates Come Sit With Me (CSWM). For privacy, access, correction or deletion questions, email support@dallasdigital.com.au.

What we collect

We collect your account name, email and identifiers; church and group memberships; reading activity; thoughts and reactions; optional profile photos and biography; content reports; and notification preferences, installation identifiers and device tokens. Church membership and reflections may reveal religious beliefs.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate your account, provide readings and progress, enforce church and group privacy, display content you share, administer churches, moderate reports, prevent abuse and deliver the reminders or announcements you enable. We do not sell personal information or use advertising trackers.

Who can see it

Approved members of your church can view your profile. Thoughts are visible in their eligible groups or on your profile when you choose to share them. Church administrators manage memberships, review engagement and moderate content or reports. Private reading thoughts remain private. Notification text excludes your thoughts and announcement content.

Providers and overseas processing

Supabase supplies authentication, database and file storage. Firebase and Apple deliver push notifications using device identifiers. API.Bible supplies translations and publisher-required usage reporting. These providers may process information outside Australia under their service arrangements. Church billing is handled separately using Stripe; mobile users do not submit payment information in CSWM.

Your choices and deletion

Edit your profile and translation, manage notifications, delete thoughts and block or unblock authors in the app. Profile → Delete account permanently removes your account, personal records, memberships, thoughts and owned uploads, and signs you out on all devices. Church records remain for other members. Deleting a personal account does not cancel a church subscription.

Retention and security

Personal data is retained while needed to provide your account and is removed through account deletion. Church billing records and anonymised security records may be retained where required; provider backups retain data until their retention periods expire. Notification delivery records are kept for up to 90 days and removed with the associated device when an account is deleted. We use authenticated access and church-scoped permissions, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
